Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jli3 ("jli3," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jli3.org. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by jli3 — including but not limited to casino games, bingo, slot games, and specialty titles — you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jli3 platform and close your account. Continued use of jli3 following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Player Eligibility
Access to the jli3 platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. jli3 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines as stipulated under PAGCOR regulations. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering for personal gaming purposes.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where jli3 is not licensed to operate.
- You must not be a jli3 employee, contractor, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
- You must not have been previously self-excluded from jli3 or subject to an active voluntary exclusion agreement with any PAGCOR-licensed operator.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
jli3 is strictly an adult gaming platform. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register and participate in any real-money game. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be returned to the source of deposit less any transaction charges incurred.
Account Registration and Maintenance
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access jli3's real-money gaming services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and registered Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly in the event of any change.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account with jli3. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts without refund of any balances, including bonuses.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli3 login credentials, including your username and password. jli3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account attributable to your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials. You must notify jli3 immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access by contacting support via live chat on the platform.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jli3 is required by anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (such as a UMID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or both.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jli3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jli3 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit at jli3 is ₱100. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party funding is strictly prohibited. jli3 reserves the right to request documentary proof that a deposit source is owned by the account holder before crediting funds to a gaming balance.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Standard processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day subject to the receiving bank's internal processing schedules. VIP Gold tier members and above at jli3 receive prioritized withdrawal processing.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements
Before processing a withdrawal, jli3 requires that:
- KYC verification has been completed on the account;
- Any active bonus wagering requirements have been met (see Section 5);
- The withdrawal destination matches a payment account held in the name of the registered jli3 account holder; and
- The account has not been flagged under jli3's anti-fraud monitoring systems.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
jli3 operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We are required to monitor transactions, report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities, and may withhold funds pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. jli3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where required by law or internal compliance protocols.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jli3 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds credited to a jli3 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering on live dealer games, bingo, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion — check individual promotion terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
jli3 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through coordinated play, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any strategy that exploits bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the jli3 platform — including slots, live dealer titles, bingo, Mine, and Deuces Wild — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account conduct, and individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics and payout structures.
jli3 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all digital games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — real cards, real dice, real roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers in a dedicated studio environment. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and are not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.
In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session, jli3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any amounts wagered. jli3 will not honor payouts arising from a demonstrable software error, hardware malfunction, or erroneous display of results. Players who suspect a game malfunction should cease play and contact jli3 support immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli3 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point in the registration or KYC process;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the jli3 platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human player action;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any jli3 software or game;
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or tournament formats;
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jli3's platform — any such discovery must be reported immediately to jli3 support and must not be exploited for personal gain;
- Using the jli3 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction associated with criminal activity;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jli3 staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform;
- Accessing jli3 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
Responsible Gaming
jli3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic. The tools and resources described below are available to all registered jli3 players at no cost and without judgment.
8.1 Player-Controlled Limits
Through your jli3 account settings, you may set the following limits at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PHP;
- Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when your session reaches a specified duration;
- Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your jli3 account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from jli3 may do so by contacting jli3 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. During the exclusion period, jli3 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded individual from opening a new account and will not send promotional communications to that individual.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jli3 platform — including but not limited to the jli3 name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of jli3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jli3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jli3 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of jli3's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jli3, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jli3 platform;
- Loss of gaming credits, bonuses, or winnings due to account suspension or termination resulting from a breach of these Terms;
- Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, network outages, or third-party service failures;
- Actions taken by government authorities, including the suspension or revocation of jli3's operating license.
jli3's total aggregate liability to any player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, exclusive of any bonus amounts.
Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information by jli3 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jli3 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jli3 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

Account Termination and Suspension
jli3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- Fraudulent activity, collusion, or any attempt to defraud jli3 or other players;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
- Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of Terms, jli3 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus amounts) to the account holder via the original deposit method or an alternative verified method. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, jli3 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Players may close their own jli3 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and jli3, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes specifically related to game outcomes, the decision of jli3's technical team — supported by server-side game logs — shall be considered final and binding, subject to any regulatory review process available to the player under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
Amendments to These Terms
jli3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address on file or via a prominent notice on the jli3 platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the jli3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jli3.org/terms-conditions.
